This Privacy Policy applies to QuickAI Parent and any entities with which QuickAI Parent is affiliated (QuickAI Parent and such affiliated entities, collectively, the “QuickAI Companies” or “us”), to our website at quickai.app (the “Website”), and to any services or features that we provide through the Website (collectively, the “Services”). Our Websites and Services together comprise “QuickAI”.

Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through QuickAI against unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other security breaches. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.

Our liability for any security breaches is materially limited or eliminated as provided in the Limitation of Liability section of the Terms of Service.
