This Privacy Policy applies to QuickAI Parent and any entities with which QuickAI Parent is affiliated (QuickAI Parent and such affiliated entities, collectively, the “QuickAI Companies” or “us”), to our website at quickai.app (the “Website”), and to any services or features that we provide through the Website (collectively, the “Services”). Our Websites and Services together comprise “QuickAI”.

We have implemented commercially reasonable measures designed to secure your personal information, if any, from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through QuickAI against unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other security breaches. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.

Our liability for any security breaches is materially limited or eliminated as provided in the Limitation of Liability section of the Terms of Service.

If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will post the new Privacy Policy on this page and, in our sole discretion, notify you by email or text message to the primary email address or phone number specified in your Account profile.
